Terms & Conditions

- Order Acceptance
All orders placed with BritMed (BritDent) are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our discretion, including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in GBP, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice before order confirmation.
- Full payment is due at the time of order, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Late payments may result in delayed shipments or cancellation of orders.
- Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
- Cancellation & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
- Returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.
- Certain products (e.g., sterile or made-to-order items) are non-returnable for hygiene or regulatory reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
- A restocking fee may apply for approved returns.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Please inspect goods upon delivery.
- Report any faults, damages, or missing items within 3 working days.
- We may require evidence or the return of faulty goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
- Ownership & Risk
- Ownership of goods transfers to you only after full payment is received.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
- Liability
- We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supplier failures.
- Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
